Peter,
When you live in a deluxe apartment overlooking the Hudson,
and a bus stop right outside the door to take me to the PA
Terminal in midtown NYC. it was nice A heated garage for
my Porsche. It was nice in 1957-8. But that was then. It may
not be nice now.
