From what I can tell, it was made between Nov 1953 and Sept 1954 sometime, in Stuttgart factory.

This is a late lens to be marked "Zeiss-Opton" and not Carl Zeiss. They
had quit using the T mark on coated lenses by that time but your lens is
certainly single-coated.

Your lens is part of a batch of 4,000 such lenses produced in 1954.

And what is the camera body serial number?
