That is something to think about indeed. Maybe one person can't have the two, and must find a collaborator, but good art, across the spectrum of human expression is nothing if not where and when mastered skill and articulated inspiration conjoin. Developing talent, and needing skill less and less is the symptom (bug or feature) of the digital age. It may not be bad for our species, but it's worth noting.
