Every year at Christmas I send out an annual greeting which includes the
Gaelic: Nollaig chridheil (pronounced roughly "NOLLA-eek chree-yell")

I grew up a grand fan of Smokey Stover and long ago discovered the web site
which was mentioned in the course of this discussion. Notary Sojac has
nothing of the Gaelic about it: it was just a nonsene phrase made up to
look a little like "Notary Public".
