[rollei_list] OT: Voigtländer Avus

Hi Everyone,
I have been offered a Voigtländer Avus large format camera with double extension, groundglass-hood, 4-5 Voigtländer backs and a 6x9 rollfilm adapter. Shutter is a Deckel 1/1-1/200sec. The lens is a very clean 13.5 cm Zeiss Tessar. All for $70. The seller said he tried the rollfim back and it works but that it woul dbe difficult to find sheet film for it becaus it was a Europen size (8x12cm or something like that). 
Is this a good deal?
Has anyone used this kind of a camera? Is it possible to cut 4x5 sheet film to size for these older formats? How do you process it? Do I need a whole new set up of tanks or can I process in trays? Which Darkroom light?
