For all you pizza fans out there who were part of the
RUG discussion several months ago, The History Channel
has on tonight 'American Eats'.
It delves into the story of pizza in the U.S.
including a bit of a story about Frank Pepe of New
Haven. It seems Frank Pepe was allergic to cheese and
tomato and he was the first to put white clams on a
pizza.
Lots more about origins of pizza, New York pizza,
Chicago pizza, etc.
