You can do no better than using Ken Ruth. Again, he will talk your ear off but, then, you and I have never spoken on the telephone and you probably would feel that I spoke incessantly. So, who knows? Ken does great work and he resolutely stands behind his repairs. He is well worth the price of admission.
A working IIIc is a grand camera. Next, you need an APDOO self-timer and a Geiss Kontakt IIIc flash-synch. Fortunately, both are readily available at little cost. With these, the rest is a matter of picking up those delectable LTM lenses. Your camera probably came with the grossly under-regarded Summitar lens. If so, I can perhaps find a Series VI adaptor to gift you so that you can have a lens hood. The Elmar and Summarit are more easily resolved.
