every now and then you see one on ebay for $30.  expensive but could save you a 
bunch from a dropped/crunched lens.  we have them on our two F2's here at Nova. 
 I'll look at the Sinar site/catalog for the actual name they give it.

For those who know the Sinar system, the following link shows a "lens board 
clip" that I assume can keep the lens from crashing to the ground when the 
holder is released?  


 


Any idea what this is officially called and where I might find one?
