   I suspect someone put a Majestic head on Cambo legs. 
Majestic is still in business. They are part of Bencher who 
also make amateur radio equipment: http://www.bencher.com
   Majestic heads are made with at least three different 
types of coupling so that they can fit many larger tripod 
legs.
