An M4-2 would run around $600 or less, an M6 probably $1,000 or less.
Incidentally, I have a IIIc, IIIf rdst, a IIIg, an M3 and an early M6, along with a slew of LTM and M lenses. I can go from a 12mm Photar (a macro lens) to 2600mm on my Questar with a Barlow. My usual battery, loaded in my camera bag, is an M6 with a Carl Zeiss 4.5/21 Biogon converted to Leica M, 1.4/35 Summilux ASPH, 1.4/50 Summilux, 1.4/75 Summilux, 2/90 Summicron ASPH, and a 3.4/135 APO-Telyt ASPH.
