Unfortunately, it is difficult to know the true condition of a camera without getting inside it. Many cameras which look cosmetically wonderful have been poorly repaired, struck/dropped, mishandled, are out of cal, have internal lens haze, etc etc etc. I like Elias' advise and also recommend you make your camera a good reliable shooter by getting it c/l/a by one of the "good guys" we mention on this list (I'll add the name Paul Ebel if price is a consideration)...
