Looks like a late 3.5F to me.
The dial for setting the film speed is present on the focus side of the body
so I'd say it's original to the serial number plate. The focus knob has a
simple cover where the meter readout once resided. The space for the meter
cell has a proper factory cover as a model E3 and others would've been fitted
with.
Interesting to see the Series VI adapter on the taking lens and the plastic
ties on the strap hangers. Does the owner attach a strap to those ties?
Looks like a very capable camera.
Thanks for sharing.

I've just participated in a photo meeting which lasted for 5-6 days in
my hometown Larvik, here in Norway.
It was a so called APUG meeting, and there were a darkroom workshop
with Mike Crawford from UK over
three full days from morning to evening.
He produced the finest prints I've ever seen! He's a true
perfectionist, but not in the bad way.
(He told us that he once took a picture, developed the film, made a
copy, developed, dried and mounted it in just 37 minutes).
To the point.
Another one of the participants of this photo meeting had a Rolleiflex
TLR.
I asked which model it was, and he said; 3,5F.
Which I really didn't believe at first, as it didn't have a meter.
So I inspected it more thorough, and surely the serial number says:
3,5F 2816946.
So I checked my books, and both Arthur Evans and Claus Prochnow's
books indicates it's a 3,5F, late model (not much of
a surprice as it says 3,5F before the serial number).
Prochnows Rollei Report 2 indicates that it should have a Xenotar
lens, while it has a Planar.
My conclusion so far is that it's a 3,5F which has had the meter
removed, or even more likely: another Rollei TLR model that's been
repaired with a 3,5F as a donor camera for parts.
I've made some pictures of the camera available for you at:
