In the Pantheon of UK built cameras, you must include the
Perriflex, which focused by means of a tiny, inverted periscope

And there is the Purma Special, whose focal plane shutter
speeds, all three of them, were controlled by the orientation of
the camera.  It used 127 film. 16 square exposures 32x32mm.
