Any ideas? It really does look like m42 mount -- but it's bigger.
Sticking it in front of my praktisix, it is quite a wide... And, since
the real "Meyer" is I think Hugo Meyer, the mfr name may be a fraud...
But what is it meant for? A Kowa? a Chinese Great Wall?

Subject: odd lens mount -- a little OT
Message-ID: <20060724.094920.3384.0.iusar4s@xxxxxxxx>
Question: what 6x6cm SLR took a m44 or m45 lensmount? I just bought a
wide, looks like 20mm Flektogon on Exakta, but is a 50mm, "Carl Meyer"
(??) #438, and when I hold it up in front of my Praktisix, yes it does
back-focus for a 120-size format. Any idea what it fits? It is a
click-stop manual lens, coated.
