How did the flattening go with the last wayward roll? Did anything work?

I discovered the cause of my film flatness problems, I think.  Today when I went in to pick up half a dozen rolls of 120, I watched the technician as he took the film and sleeved it.  With most of the rolls he was careful, but with one, after he had sleeved it, he put it in a paper envelope, and when he did he twisted it, causing it to buckle.  I pointed it out to him, and he said he would be more careful in the future. I'm getting ready to scan some, and I'll be posting some pics later.
