I agree;
But the main thing is I dealt with both companies since 1975 before walking
in their real time real life doors a couple of years ago having moved to NY
from the NW; Portland Oregon.
From the left coast they've been my main suppliers for decades.
Mainly B&H.
To me the main different between B&H and Adorama is although B&H cost a bit
more B&H can DO so much more.... its a much bigger store more prone to have
what you want.
And on the Internet if you order a simple something from Adorama you could
wait weeks to get it or months.
B&H two days.
Because B&H will tell you if its out of stock or if they have it.
Adorama will not.
That makes me not deal with Adorama anywhere near as much on the internet.
B&H has been my main supplier for 33.3 years.
I try not to go to strangers. I did of course do a lot of business with
Camera World when they were good in the 90's. I'd walk there. We all knew
each other by name.
And I recommend people have a main suppler as much as possible and not flit
from store to store trying to shave off dollars..
Its better business.
They remember you.
You get lemon they just hand you another one.
