They might be swamped.
I placed my order some time ago.
It took somewhere around 2-3 months to show up.
For a couple of rolls, you're better off just buying it.

This doesn't work. It flags my last name and indicates that my name must 
appear exactly as it did on the mail piece, which I did not receive.
