Ferdi Stutterheim's site evidently has moved. I found
some of it at:

Which appears to have all of Ferdi's stuff on it.
There is a link at the bottom of
http://www.stutterheim.org/rolleigraphy/response_faq.html
to request the FAQ via e-mail from Emmanuel Bigler, who
maintains it. This may be what is being referred to.
