Not so. His products may be fine, but his advice is just plain unreliable. Sometimes he is right, but he is often dead wrong. Most professional repairmen regarded him as a joke.

I also familiar with his wife and I would say that they are two people who can be trusted.


If you'd known old Ed personally, as I did, you would never say that.
