Hi Frank,

I think it's wrong to anyone, even if I was not impacted by it.  I believe
that what someone earns is theirs to do what they want with, without
encumbrances.  It has nothing to do with better off or worse off.  It has to
do with government infringing on personal freedom.  It also, IMO, diminishes
the concept of family.
