Hi Robert,

Hardly tilting at all.  The money earned was, say, first taxed at %50 (and
anyone making that kind of money would be taxed at around that rate), then
again at another %50 when you die.  That is %75 total tax.  That's simply a
fact.  Taking %75 of one's income is simply abusive and wrong.

And, as I said in another post, what about family run businesses?  A simple
family run farm can be valued at far more than $3 million due to the large
amount of land and expensive equipment necessary to run the farm.

I don't plan on dying in 2010.  Though, there is reasonable incentive
apparently.
