I'm just not following who's being not encouraged to produce works if there
stuff is has a cut off on their copywrite.

It almost sounds like what you are saying is that because all these authors
have their stuff copywrited then there're no point in my doing any writing.
Which to me does not make sense but I'm sure that's not what you're saying.

So its me not following you not the other way around
