One of us has been lied to!  I was told that I could get ALL I needed for under
one kilobuck, including PS.

I currently have a 6 year old Gateway PC. What do you mean by "upgrade"?
Do you mean modify or replace?

The real Digi-Photo mavens insist that a Mac-Apple is the only way to go. At
my age, I will not switch.
