Well, I got my Pecard Antique Leather Care kit the other day and put it to
the test on a 50-year-old Rolleiflex. Although the treatment got a little
messy at times (I didn't use teensy amounts on a cotton swab, but probably
will in the future). The finished leather looks better than Rollei leather
treated with shoe polish. It is less shiny (sort of a semi-matte leaning
toward glossy), and that seems to reduce the reflections and make the
leather look even blacker. If your beater Rollei needs a little TLC, I can
highly recommend this goo for treating your leather covering.

The Antique Leather Care Kit is a mere $15, and when's that last time you
could buy anything for your Rollei for $15?
