From what you describe, there are clearly differences in quality between the two, Carlos, though it is not clear from the question which would be the higher quality camera...Kinda depends on what one means by quality... image quality? build quality? ergonomics? functionality?
Eric Goldstein
According my experience, there are no quality differences; there are some different materials used for the F and GX/FX, for example the F internal baffles against the GX/FX foam used to diminish flare and a bit more of plastic used for some external GX/FX parts. BTW there are other differences regarding models features, i.e. the GX/FX don't allow film format change, don't have self-timer and there are some complaints about the way the shutter release works in the GX/FX due to the plate added to connect the lightmeter, but the quality manufacture is the same for both cameras; in the other hand the FX has the electronic lightmeter and black film rollers for the film to avoid rollers reflections in the photographs for extreme light conditions, some old Rollei TLR users have reported this problem for some cases where the previous frame light is strong too much, the roller reflection appears for the next frame, these are rare cases but they exist, Rollei had some reason to paint the FX film rollers black.-
All the best Carlos
