I find it very difficult to understand how anyone being part of a Rodgers organ 
group, can be at all surprised at the occasional digression into church-related 
topics, since well over 90% of Rodgers organs are in churches, and most of us 
here are organists.

To take it one step further and to publicly state that discussions of such 
things can in any way be offending, again....beyond me. I would think that the 
only thing that could possibly offend someone, would be a direct insult to 
their intelligence, or to be really infantile....their looks. 

I've been on PipeChat, and the main reason for me leaving was the strict 
one-sidedness of their rules, allowing no room for digression, and a 
zero-tolerance for anything not totally concentrating on the organ as an 
instrument, in and of itself. 

Finally, I have total faith and respect for the person who's in charge of this 
group, our friend and colleague, Noel Jones. If he sees a message fit to send 
out to the group, who are we to say otherwise. He has done a superb job in 
proof-reading each and every message, and to second-guess his decisions, is far 
more offensive than anything posted here.
