Hi......... Just my 2 cents worth on the temperature subject. In a perfect world we would like to have the air in the wind system and the ambient air that is near the pipes the same temperature. Stability of tuning comes from the issues being the same. If the wind being pushed through the pipes is ice cold and the organ space is warm, the organ tuning will wander. Also true, if the organ wind is too warm relative to the ambient temperature by the pipes it will wander, just in a different direction. As a general rule, if the blower draws air from the vicinity of the pipes the temperatures will balance out. If the blower is in a deep basement of the church, it should have ductwork allowing for the supply air to come from near the organ. Good luck.
