Actually I have the Harris drawknobs as well.  If  holding the set and
crescendo pistons doesn't get you into the crescendo sequence, then you
might try checking the owners manual or possibly one of our more learned
listers will know what to do. What i gave you is what works on mine at
1stUMC, Clearwater, FL.
