If you want to hear the pedals, you won't hear them with 8-foot stops and 
higher...you need to use 16-foot stops in the pedals.........

They should replace that speaker ASAP.....

The organ shouldn't HAVE to be amplified through the loud-speaker 
system....that is, if it was installed properly.
