[rodgersorgan] Sticky Oscillators while tuning....

 
Hi All... 

I'm in the midst of tuning my 340 and have a few core caps which are VERY
difficult to turn for the tuning.    Does anyone have some ideas on how to
make them turn without destroying the oscillator itself from the ciruit
board?
