i.e., listening to it and visualizing the chords. But I also read music
reasonably
well. I took the AGO SPC exam at the end of April. I couldn't take that exam
if I couldn't read music, including sight read a page as part of the exam.
So it is possible to do both. Haven't heard yet whether or not I passed
the exam.
