[rodgersorgan] Re: Rodgers Pipe Organ

To follow up on Mark's posting (and to answer Clark's question); it was a
glorious concert. Diane Bish has always had a knack for taking command of
large instruments and she rose to the occasion that night, for sure.

Mark - thanks for the clarification on other Rodgers that are predominately
wind-blown instruments.

On another note - I had the privilege to spend some time on the relatively
new 4-manual custom Rodgers at 1st Baptist St. Petersburg, FL several weeks
ago. It has 4 ranks of pipes (8',4',2' great principals and 8' great
rohrflote) - it was incredible - it sounded and felt/responded like a fine
all-pipe instrument.

Finally to all the "listers" - does anyone have pictures of an exposed 8'
solo trumpet rank with finished (copper, polished, etc) hooded pipes?
