Tim Newby kindly emailed me the following message.  My message was based
upon the request of an organ builder who asked me to speak with Ms. Bish
about the possibility of him creating a new console for her since, in
his words, "the old one is wearing out."

When I relayed this request for an opportunity to bid to Ms. Bish she
was adamant that there was nothing wrong with the console in any way.
Shortly thereafter, the Rodgers Console was purchased and installed.

Tim wrote to explain:

I think this is misleading to the group.  The Ruffatti console did in
fact have problems, but those viewed as most severe were a result of
electrical connection mistakes made by the church.  Not normal wear.
The console spent a few years on our showroom floor after its removal
from Coral Ridge until we found a buyer for it.  It was quite nice.
