Usually, when we see "full swell", it should include mixtures, mutations, and
reeds. On most organs, the swell contains the chorus reeds (Contre Trompette 16
or Basson 16, Trompette 8, and Clarion 4).
The great division however, usually has the big solo reeds, so we often see
"full great without reeds".
Mind you, common sense should say that you wouldn't use a solo reeds when both
hands are on the great, although I've heard many organists do this, and it's
quite harsh.
