[rodgersorgan] Quick Roland HP Piano Question

A church just called, they have an HP 1300 Roland that has one key that
has begun to play only at full voume...until they get this repaired, can
the piano easily be set to a fixed velocity for a quick fix?
Sorry about the off-topic, but I don't have access to the HP series
manuals.
