[rodgersorgan] Re: Questions re The Instant Organist Piston Settings

There are not any grey dots on my copy either..so it is not your printer.

I hope to do a little bit of revision here, but I can explain.

The basis of The Instant Organist is a set of pistons that can be used in
almost
any situation.

Memory I is straight classical organ.

Memory II is almost identical, though it is enhanced with MIDI voices.

Often they fit in best playing at bitches other than normal. In that case, a +
or - appears telling you how many octaves you need to set the MIDI voice at, in
the organ MIDI window. Once you do that and save it all to a piston you are
ready to go.

Questions are always welcome.

By the way...I was at the church muy wife serves a director of music/organist,
playing some of the summer sonatas. A rather well-educated and highly critical
member of the congregation came in to express her pleasure that I rarely play
there!
