[rodgersorgan] PR-300 Crimestoppers

Once you have decide to put the PR-300 in the organ bench:

Have your technician wire the PUNCH IN/OUT 1/4" socket so that it
creates a closed circuit (short out the two contacts.

Plug a 1/4" jack into this socket along with the other wires coming from
the organ.

Buy a Radio Shack Burglar Alarm box, have your tech hide it in the
console and wire 1/4" jack cable to the normally closed alarm contacts.

The thief rips out the cables, the alarm goes off, sirens emitting from
the console (if the organ were on, the signal could also go through the
organ speaker AND THE RSS Cabinets!) and a remote alarm in the rectory,
where they call the police and tell them to get ready for a hot pursuit
of somebody with a medium oak organ bench in their white Ford
Bronco...maybe they'll get it on TV (this is in California, isn't it)
so make sure we get some publicity out of this.
