[rodgersorgan] Organ Search Criteria

A list member has approached me for advice on what might be a good used 
instrument
in the  under $5,ooo range for his practice at home.

Rather than listing what you and I would tell him to avoid (the list would be SO
LONG and end up in fist fights),  we'd welcome suggestions of organ models that
might be especially appropriate for home use.

Baldwin Multi-Waveform organs are eliminated because few homes have the flooring
system to support such a massive console!  Jerry, give Ralph and all of us an 
idea
about the total weight of one of these extremely beefy consoles, please.
