I'd venture to say that the Orchestral Oboe is a sampled real oboe, but the
with
the blurring of the lines between sampling and synthesis these days...
It is a gorgeous sound.
The one in the Orchestral division of the Insignia Organs also has a wonderful
tone.
We still do not have the Drifil Toccata's official title and so on...anyone got
an idea?
I spent the last week without a keyboard (finally snagged about 4 hours on a
piano in the basement of the Cathedral over there on Sunday and Saturday) and
am
catching up, in the midst of a composition for organ duo. One organ, two
organists, including a pedal solo section.
