[rodgersorgan] Newbie Question about MIDI

I'm planning to hook my laptop and MIDI up to my Trillium in
a few weeks and wondered if anyone has experience using
Finale as a playback straight to the organ. 

I'm planning on arranging hymns right at the keyboard and
would like to play them back right off of the software. Do
you know if Sysex commands can be placed, or should I just
open all the stops up and try to guess which MIDI number
each stop is assigned to through the Finale playback
feature?

Maybe there's even an FAQ I've missed somewhere on this type
of thing.
