Hi, everyone. I'm sure Noel won't mind that I let you know there are
four new files at http://www.frogmusic.com/PR-300webfiles.html to use
on your PR-300.
The first one is another chorale prelude by Paul Manz, based on the
hymn, Oh, That I Had A Thousand Voices. It has a constant line of
quick 8th notes that keeps the piece moving while the cantus firmus is
heard, both with a trumpet stop and with the trumpet on the PR-300. At
the end, the registration remains on so you can go right into the hymn,
should you use this piece as an introduction. Believe me--this will
get your congregation ready to sing!
The other three files are the three movements of J.S. Bach's Trio
Sonata No.1 in E-flat. I had a lot of fun putting these together, and
it's so rewarding to hear the final result since my skill at the organ
hasn't quite allowed me to play these up to speed or with such accuracy.
Have fun with them. Use them! I have a funeral to play for tomorrow,
and I'm using the Manz piece as a joyful postlude.
