"Caprice" was originally published in the H.W. Gray
catalog (now owned by AOL/Time-Warner). In one of the
many changes of ownership the bankers in charge
decided to purge the catalog of many items which were
not selling by the boxcar-load each year and the piece
became Permanently Out of Print.
I have regained the rights to it and am preparing a
new edition for my Dunstan House catalog. I hope to
have it available by the end of December or early
January.
If anyone attends Ken's recital, please give him my
greetings. He and I go Way Back to Plymouth
Congregational Church in Fort Wayne, IN. So far back
that I seem to recall the organ was hand pumped and
most of the singing was Cro-Magnon skinning chant...
