Thanks for the information on the mics.  I had actually looked at these
mics just last Friday at Guitar Center.  Has your friend done some
recordings with these mics?

MusiciansFriend.com has some Behringer Mics (B-1) on sale for $99.99
that have very similar specs as the Octavia.  I've used the Eurorack
Compact Mixer boards and am quite happy with those.  The Euroracks and
Behringer mics are made by the same company.
