[rodgersorgan] M1

When setting pistons such as the Instant Organist, you do not have to start 
with 
M1...it is merely a suggestion since I like to have those pistons available to 
anyone who might be playing/trying ou the organ.

If you all have an M1...or it is locked as per the LDS organs, you may of 
course 
put these settings on other piston levels/banks.
