I want to thank Ton Aldermann for his excellent post in the Ives Variations.

There was a problem with transmission of the post so I had to repost it and I 
wanted those who didn't see the name at the bottom to understand that he had 
written this letter.

And....how about performances of the Bach Toccata and Fugue in D Minot...what 
can you, Tom, and others tell about performances you have all heard?
