[rodgersorgan] Help!

I teach an organ student at her church on a Rodgers 790.  They do not have a 
PR300S
"yet."   Something strange has happened to harpsichord that is a stop on the 
organ.
The pitch has changed to playing an octave higher.  If it were a MIDI voice I 
would know to go into the menu change the octave back down.  But, this is not a 
sound from a PR300S.  Anyone know what could have happened?  Is there any 
explanation for this.
