Here's some flea market buys in Baltimore, Maryland:

I have several Roland D-110 MIDI expander modules from which I have removed 
the Roland orchestral sounds, and installed 127 professionally developed 
theatre organ registrations.  These MIDI expander modules work well with 
Rodgers organs, especially in responding to changing the registrations with 
the pistons (program changes).  The cost is very low ($300.00), compared to 
the Ahlborn, Viscount, and Allen expanders.  Shipping in the continental 
USA is $20.00.

I have one similar theatre organ expander module which is for 220 volt 
operation (as in England, Europe, New Zealand, etc.)
The module is also $300.00, shipping will be more, but it is still a bargain.

I have several other Roland orchestral expander modules which I will list soon.
