[rodgersorgan] Contest Results from Frog Music Press

The  Playing MIDI Live at the Organ Book free giveaway contest is over
and we are writing to announce the winners. Thank you very much for
entering, and we wish that all could win... however, because of the
large number of entries, we have decided to give away not just one, but
four books to four winners!

How the winners were chosen.  My wife picked four numbers at random out
of the range of numbers that I gave her, representing all the entries.
I then sorted the entries...first by name, then by date of arrival...and
then I finally decided the best way was to sort the list by length of
the message itself, so the names and dates were all random, so as a
result these four winners were chosen from the list:
