re: Glasses made just for organ playing - "=85 I don't use the blinkin'=20=
things"
Noel-
I also had glasses made just for playing. Since I'm in a Southern=20
Baptist church, I have a song leader to follow for hymns, as well as a=20=
choir director for choral pieces. I had my Varilux glasses made with=20
the bifocal (near vision) part as high as possible in the lenses so=20
that there's just a small part at the top of the lens for distance. =20
This lets me get the music in focus without having to tilt my head back=20=
and I can easily look over the music at the song leader. These have=20
worked well for me for the past six years. I use them every time I=20
play.
