[rodgersorgan] Changing factory combination action settings

A recently installed Rodgers 790C has combination action
settings on M1 which are mostly unuseable in the setting in
which the organ is installed but the manual indicates they
are "set at the factory".   Can anyone tell me if these factory
settings can be reset and, if so, how?  The two other Rodgers
organs which I play have a way to lock/unlock the combination
action memory but if that is possible on the 790C it is not
obvious.
